I went into this new store yesterday and got the worst service I've ever had. I waited and waited for some help to find a new foundation, I have been using a Sephora brand and wanted to try an Ulta but nobody would help me so I finally found the foundation I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. The sales girl was very rude and said It had been out of stock for a while like I was supposed to know. They were also out of their Ulta contouring kit. Meanwhile I was trying to look for things, they were stocking the shelves in the way, gossiping about how one girl took a blackout weekend off but another girl could not blah blah blah. I didn't find what I needed and could not get any help and when I did check out with some two face lipstick the girl didn't scan my coupon so I didn't even get the 10% off. I won't be back. I guess I'll stick to Sephora where employees enjoy their jobs.
