You guys and gals need to seriously look at your SOP's. Your wait times are sole destroying! Customer service wasn't actually too bad which made the experience 1 start instead of zero. I have lived in three states and visit multiple DMV and MVD locations and Chandler is by far the worse. I asked how long my wait would be and the system generated a number of 13 minuets! I was there for 2 and a half hours! Unacceptable and you should seriously look at speeding things up there!
