By far the worst I have been treated by any Vape shop. Not only was this the 3rd time I had returned with the same issue. This was the 2nd time returning a RX 2/3. 1st time within 25 days of purchase (Wasn't given a receipt), it started reading check battery. 2nd time I had the same issue, same mod a few days later. They replaced the entire mod with a new 1 but kept the box of the new 1 and switched my box out. I hadn't noticed the 2 battery back plate in my Original package so I let them keep the 1 out of the replacement box. Now fast foward 32 days later and here we are. Same issue. same Mod type/manufacturer/etc. New batteries. 4 pair of new batteries. SAME ISSUE! So I show up at 11:45 am this morning hoping I could get this dealt with. I sit and wait till 1245, No one... I come back at 615ish and am met with a "BS" excuse as to why I am now stuck with this mod. The back plate I had was scratched from taking a sticker off. So someone had to get screwed in this deal, it wasn't going to be the P.O.S. who sold it to me?? oh no..... Could it be the "reputable" distributor who has the ability and is liable for situations like this?? oh no.... I'm the one who gets screwed. Verbatim what I was told by the "salesman" Tell security I said Hi.
