There are good and bad things about this salon.
The good:
Right outside my office
Open chair policy- I travel and need appts fast, so I can't stick with the same person all the time
Perry- he pays attention to what is going on and really cares
Marina- if no one is booked in between
Patty and Mariluce for skincare
Skill of the stylists is high and consistent across them all due to Perry's training regimen
Reception is very friendly
You can often get a hand massage during your appt.
Salon is clean and trendy
The nice tiny girl who had a baby a while back
The bad:
I forgot how old Jen was, and it must have insulted her because she kept going on and on about a patch of gray underneath my hair in the back. I don't really care because she was coloring it, and I can't see it anyway. Totally inappropriate.
I am allergic to most Aveda products with continual use due to the flowers, and they just won't stop pushing them even though I was going there constantly and they remembered me.
That sweet girl Tess who did my nails moved back to Nebraska.
The open chair policy - say it is open, and they book that way, but it still seems to bother the girls.
No online booking and the Website is seriously out of date.
I stopped going here because it is too pricy to have to deal with the pushy sales attempts and that incident with Jen. It could still be the right place for you.
