American ya suck again! You just can't seem to get it right - finally, an on time arrival - early actually, but we're stuck here in the plane, in the heat of Phoenix because you aren't prepared enough to call ahead to assure an open gate in a large airport; really? I'm sick of the body odor and sitting, waiting to get off of this small metal flying tube full of hot, sweaty and very dissatisfied people! Step up to the plate American, I know I really don't have much choice in airlines anymore - so I'm stuck. I sure hope you do not consider this an "on-time" arrival!!!
