I was happy with this vet for many years until I went to another and realized the difference. Staff is nice, doctors are nice but I feel like they didn't keep on top of things with my pet. A recent infection took 2 months and 3 different medications (and lots of $$$) to treat. The first appt they did a biopsy which is costly. At the follow up visit, since the condition hadn't improved, they recommended a biopsy --- I had to remind them one had already been done which was frustrating that they obviously hadn't reviewed her file closely before the appointment. If I hadn't said anything I would've had to pay for the same thing again. At that same time, based on blood levels, they gave my pet a supplement for 30 days and when I ran out I never heard anything from them. Next time I went in, I asked about it and I paid for another bottle for 30 days since it was too late to test her blood to see if the condition improved. Another 30 days go by and no follow up again so I had to call in for the next appt. Also, they casually mentioned a heart murmur during the appt, and since they didn't say another word about it, I didn't think it was major. I took her to another vet the other day just to get another point of view on her blood levels and they indicated it was a pretty serious murmur. This leads me to believe EVAH just treats things as they go wrong instead of preventative medicine. I feel like if I hadn't taken her to a new place, the heart murmur would've been left untreated and eventually send her into heart failure. I'm sorry to say I'll be switching, our pets deserve the best.
