I booked via Airport Parking Reservation's website to park my car here for 9 days this past week and a half. I called to verify a few days before our reservation to clarify something and was told I had to call 24 hours in advance to book the shuttle. Why? We already made the reservation which listed the time we needed the shuttle! Isn't this redundant? We arrived promptly and let the front desk know. We waited outside and were the first people there. Others began to join us. When the shuttle arrived we got on along with the other people who arrived shortly after us. Then a group of 6 came out of the hotel and many people on the shuttle were asked to get out because those people stayed at the hotel and they have priority. Excuse me? I paid for a reservation of a different nature...why don't I have priority as I was there waiting before they were? For my "stay" all they had to do was provide me with a parking space that probably wouldn't have been used otherwise. Easy money, right? Our reservation shouldn't be any less important than those staying at the hotel. Also, it's a pretty lengthy walk from where the shuttle drops you off to the ticketing counters. I was traveling with my disabled husband and elderly parents so this made things much more challenging. We ended up bypassing the shuttle on our return trip and paid for an Uber instead...much more convenient and well worth the money.
