Only reason I come to CSC is bc I'm addicted to the ice cream. Came in at 9:30pm on a Thurs night. There were two employees, one was clearly a manager as she was counting the drawer while a line of customers waited. The store itself was not very clean. The floor was dirty with what could have been melted ice cream, because it was sticky, as well as crumbs from waffle cones. Their waffle makers behind the line were filthy, with dried waffle batter all over them. It honestly looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. The employees offered no smiles whatsoever, not a greeting nor a goodbye. The screen on the "ipad" that they used to accept credit card payments was smashed; it's surprising it even works. Overall the experience was poor, but at least the ice cream still tastes good.
