Wow what a joke.....For starters no customer service what so ever you walk in and sit yourself down and can be sitting there for over 20mins without a greeting or if anyone is even checking to see if you need any assistance or haircut. After sitting there for a while I got up to ask about a hair cut for the man to tell me he does appointments only and as far as the other two barbers in back they didnt offer assistance nor ask if myself or anyone that came with me if they needed a cut niether. Im not sure if they felt as if me or the guy sitting and waiting prior to me came to just watch tv or enjoy the parking lot view but I will never waste my time here again. I had to travel further last minute to get my haircut but at least the shop I went to was welcoming greeted me and my friend as we came in and for that I made some calls to have my family brought over to me and that was 5 haircuts. Some establishments dont understand how fundamental customer service is. In the hair industry everything is client based and word of mouth.This shop did not and never will gain my business but "King of Kuts" off alma school and ray road earned mines, my family and many more. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WATCH TV OR THE PARKING LOT.
