I have stayed at this property twice on business travel. The hotel is understated luxury and location is great. Most noteworthy is the professionalism of the staff, with a special call out to Front Desk manager Kathleen. Incredibly service focused, classy and competent. Always an extra effort and easy manner. She and others are assets to this fine establishment.
