I'm really surprised by all of the great reviews of this place on here, so far for me, I have to call Jonathon or Jeff and ask what the status is or I never hear from them. I didn't want to try to see if we could get pre-qualified in the first place back in June because I was still on maternity leave and I knew that our credit had suffered because of me taking so much time off, but Jeff insisted. He said, if we can't get you qualified, then we will help you get there and tell you what you need to do. Its been 4 months now and several calls on my part, with the typical, "We will get right on this and get back to you" response. Really?! I called them today and left a message for each individual, if the situation improves, I will let you all know. I'm really feeling disappointed though at this point.
