DO NOT MOVE IN -- Boiler system sucks. More ice cold water days with no hot water than days with water (then it's scalding) management tells us they don't know what to say, they're working on it, but we've gone through this for months on end. Awful customer service, terrible grounds keeping, and they absolutely do not care about their breach of contract on utilities. AC gets turned on late when you're already sweating, heat gets turned on weeks after you have to buy a space heater. Disgusting place.
Take heed to the reviews. I didn't. I was warned about hot water issues. I asked the leasing office when I moved in. They said it was an issue "in the past" but it was resolved. That was a bold faced lie.
