Didn't want to cook tonight so I ordered from Chop Chop Wok Las Vegas, just down the street from our place, and had sushi delivered! My husband and son were pleasently surprised that I found a place that actually delivered sushi. The Miso Soup was really good, and the Edamame appetizer portion was huge. 12 different types of maki rolls, using different combinations of Tuna, Salmon, Crab, Eel, Tempura Shrimp and Tobiko. Plus 4 different vegetarian rolls (one I had never had before, a scallion roll, YUM!). Two of the rolls were too spicy for me, but my husband enjoyed them very much, and one roll had the Tempura Shrimp with avacado, Crab, Eel, and Tobiko. Great meal, wonderful company, all while watching the Olympics Pairs Figure Skating then Women's Hockey. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future trying out their sashimi plates and some of their combo plates and speciality rolls.
