If I could give zero stars.... This company was dispatched from my warranty company, so I unfortunately had no say in the matter. While the technician came on time, he was dirty, disheveled and smelled like a brewery. He was rude and brash in speaking with him, and tried to collect more money after we advised him that we paid the fee already with Bethany over that phone (who wasn't nice either). This guy (I wish I knew his name) replaced the capacitor, and refused to check Freon. So from May 31 when he came to now, out air hasn't been cold. A new company came and added 4 lbs of Freon! I have since learned the CNN has been discontinued as a vendor by the warranty company because of these same issues. I think I heard that the technician was smoking pot. Anyway, that's heresay. But my experience with the drunk A/C technician was abominable. Someone who is already having a hard time and has no air in summer does not need people who add to frustrations instead of fixing the problems and providing their customers some relief. Don't use this company! Bad business.
