I ordered a hot grande mocha this morning at 7:10 am, the lady who actually took my order did repeat it. I paid for it and left. I was driving to my work, when i tasted it, it was not taste of mocha, it was no taste, just like they made some kind of drink with water. I didn't have time to go back. I stopped by the starbucks at the Rio, told them what happened and they didn't do a shit about it, because it was purchased outside of hotel. When I looked at the cup it says grande Latte. So my drink ended up in trash and I ended up paying for another drink. Where is that "we'll make it right part"??? I called the store at 1 pm asked for manager and she told me she is busy to call back later. WTF??? Never going back.
