What a gem! Just like Hanny's we stumbled upon this place while searching for new restaurants on yelp.com. We started with an appetizer special of ricotta salata stuffed zucchini blossoms, which were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Let me first start off by telling you that all the pastas here are homemade so don't expect crunchy al dente pasta like you get from dry pasta. Just perfectly cooked fresh homemade pastas! The orecchiette alla puttanesca were small earlobe shaped pastas with olives, tomatoes, capers, and full of great flavors. The waiter recommended the Fettuccini Tagliatta which was sauteed rib eye steak, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. Bravo! Thank You! I cant wait to go back and enjoy some of the other great homemade pastas at PastaBAR.
The place is a little hard to find and tucked away in the back of a little strip mall. I just hope people don't get frustrated trying to find this place, because it surely is a gem.
