If I could leave a zero, I would. First American uses Chilly Willy's for AC warranty work. If your warranty company assigns them to your claim and if you think your time is valuable, I would immediately request your warranty company assign a new contractor. Chilly Willy gave me an absurd 5 hour window (in which one could have flown to another state and back) and then no called no showed. I get mistakes happen, so no biggie. But they didn't return my call until my warranty company followed up with them. Chilly Willy's then gave me a 4 hour window on this second day, but apparently double booked their poor service guy who eventually called me to say he wouldn't make it. The service guy was apologetic and empathetic, but that doesn't help my concerns about the value of my rare leave time that was wasted waiting at home.
