This was my first visit to Meatheads and my impression was mixed. The grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. I believe the fries were good, the problem was they were way too salty, WAY too salty. It's not a good idea to shorten the lifespan of your customers. One can add more salt if one wants to but it's tough to remove the salt. Most disappointing was the mocha shake. I decided to try Meatheads b/c I saw you had coffee and mocha shakes. It was icy and had what appeared to be instant coffee granules floating in it. It had a very strong coffee taste, mind you I love coffee but I was in the mood for mocha, that's why I ordered a mocha shake. If I wanted to I could make a coffee shake from instant coffee and ice cream, but I don't want to. Why wouldn't you use real coffee or start with coffee ice cream? I had to take it home and add chocolate syrup and some milk.
