3 strikes? I have been to this location for a birthday party and although it was clean the place seemed to be poorly run. Not a good feature when dealing with children. I then heard a story from a parent group about this place which was horrible. It will not take time for word to get around about this location. It's a shame because the owners just don't get it. Parents lean on Parents. Kids talk, Parents talk more.
I just visited the website to check hours of operation and made the trip out... 1 more try. We arrived and the place was closed due to a private function. There were 3 other cars out front because we all checked the website for hours. There was NO update on the site, nothing. So we are all out of luck. Someone knocked BUT the owners/manager did not come to the door. Again...operational issue. You can't come to the door to speak to your customers? Not to mentioned the tape sign on the door looked like it had been up for a few days... so was it from yesterday, the day before...???
Anyway. 3 strikes usually means, you are out. I am sure with this attitude and the stories coming out from this place, miss management, etc... it won't be around for long. Too bad. It did offer something unique and was clean. That said... what price do you put on Safety, Proper Management when children are involved.
