In Vegas, there is NO other place to take your baby! I shopped around and visited a number of other BMW shops. They wanted to charge $200 just to plug in the diagnostic. Vitale plugged it in, found the faults, and everything was fixed within 24 hours. All my cylinders had been misfiring. He could've totally soaked me with new plugs, maybe a fuel pump, and new filter, I wouldn't have known the difference - and the problems were having a major effect while driving, so it would have seemed logical. But no, the solution was only cracked intake hoses. He replaced the hoses for a very reasonable price, did a "smoke test" to assure there weren't other leaks, and I left the shop less than $300.oo down.
These guys amaze me! Personable, professional, and ethical. In Las Vegas? Who would've thought??
