Horrible waits, bad service. The employees are very kurt from the front desk to leaving the parking structure. What happened to customer service? When I finally dropped of my car, I told them about the trash the was left behind and the dirty windshield and the just said "okay". Tell me that you'll let your management know, so it doesn't happen again.
