Saw the Cavaliers play the Memphis Grizzlies on Dec 21 2014. Best sporting venue I've ever been to and I will definitely be back! Sat in the second row in the upper deck and had a great view of the court and of the huge video scoreboard. I really enjoyed the fire that shoots out when they announce the Cavs, the PA announcer did a fantastic job of announcing the players, the intro video is fabulous, the Cavs dancing team was awesome during intermissions and the giveaways are great (my son got a mini rubber basketball, a Cavs t-shirt and was selected to wave the Cavs flag at the start of the 4th quarter). A lot of fun things to see and do around the arena too and it's very close to the tower center and many restaurants. Not to mention The King is back in Ohio so go see LeBron if nothing else!
