I have used Auto Zone as my parts store for several years and have always had excellent customer service in Idaho which is where I use to live. I recently located to this area for work and tried this location out today because I needed to get a front light switched out. The guy looked under my hood, said it would take up too much of his time, and sent me on my way. I have never had an issue with them replacing lights for me before. Auto Zone usually has great service, but this location is an outlier. Very disappointed and will never return.
