North Hill Mall has been around FOREVER and I hate to say it, but I'm pretty surprised. I mean the location is definitely prime - SAIT and 16th Ave are right next door, and the train even stops right in front of the mall - but for a lot of the reasons that Moez T. mentioned, it's just not a popular mall. It's one of the only malls in the city that has yet to be renovated. Plus the stores inside aren't anything to write home about. I've seen a lot of turnover in the stores that are here, and speaking of the stores, there aren't any here that you can't find at a bigger, better and newer mall in the city. As always, I'm being straight up with you. In no way, shape or form am I a fan of this mall and to be quite honest, I don't know a whole lotta folk who are.
