the Horizon location in Scottsdale was so polite and nice! The allied way location I had issues with from the very first phone call! I never had any issues with my prev. doc, contacts worked great I was in and out no hassle! my insurance changed so I tried them out. after rude desk clerks, getting wrong info all the time (including even wrong cross roads of where they're located!), problems with my contacts making me go through 18 months worth in less than a year, I am definitely not going back nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. I've been trying to call for a month to order more contacts, finally today get a text back from them but not to help me order contacts, to tell me it's been a year and they can't sell me contacts till I get a new exam. never been so irritated with a company!
