Our house hasn't been painted in 30 years and it was long overdue. We interviewed a few companies but were not happy with the estimates. In the meanwhile, my sister who was being forced by her HOA to paint her house used McMillan Brothers and highly recommended them to us and I'm glad we listened.
Jack came out promptly, gave us a very reasonable price that included all the material and paint. There were some areas that needed more than the normal 2 coats and we were not charged extra for it. He also helped us pick out the colors that we're very pleased with.
On the first day Oscar arrived at 7am and prepped the house by power spray washing it, fixing all stucco cracks, scraped areas that were peeling, caulked where needed, covered windows & doors, and even replaced the trim around our garage door. Second day at 7am he double checked if any more prepping was needed before painting it in 2 different colors and even cleaned up everything afterwards. All was done in 2 days.
Before Oscar finished cleaning up, a neighbor who loved the outcome, came by to ask for a business card. I will recommend McMillan Brothers to everyone...
