Terrible customer service! Do not use them; if they break something in your house, they will not fix it! I bought a new Ring doorbell and paid to have HelloTech install it; the tech who came out to my house was nice enough but said he couldn't do it and that an electrician would have to come out. In the process of trying to figure it out, he broke the hinges on the front panel to the intercom system. He made no mention of trying to fix it. I called HelloTech and explained the situation and was told that I needed to email someone at HelloTech. So I sent an email. It took them 6 days to respond and I was told that they would not send someone out to fix it. I asked them, "since you broke it, shouldn't you fix it?" I have yet to hear back. This lack of communication and disregard for clients' time/property is disconcerting to say the least. If they won't even consider fixing something so minor that they broke, there is zero confidence they will do the right thing for something more important/valuable. UPDATE: A week after I wrote my review, I received a message from HelloTech saying, "We'll be reaching out to you shortly and look forward to coming to an appropriate resolution!" It has been 5 days, and I have yet to hear from anyone from HelloTech. Not surprising at all.
