Live here and luckily I am moving next month. This place has turned disgusting. They take no pride in the complex and the first floor always smells like garbage. The stairwell closest to the garage always has dog poop, piss, food, beer, and more nasty things. I understand the dog issue is mainly the owners of the dog, but the building management should be looking closely at the cleanliness of everything. It's absolutely disgusting and it occurs weekly. Also, the walls are so thin that I can hear the person above me speaking, sneezing, and his stomping around makes thing fall off my wall and wakes me up at night. It's also so loud and the walls are so thin that the people below me think that I am making the noises.
I honestly cannot wait to move. I never thought this place would be so disgusting but it's really turned bad. I do not recommend renting here. For what you pay you can get something lot better somewhere else in South End.
