If I sat here to write all of the unprofessional and absurd things that I, as a board member, have encountered with GVPM, I would be writing a novel. Instead, I'm going to keep this short; more as a warning if nothing else. Please, please, please do your research, ask all of the right questions, don't rush through the process, and be sure to request a reference list of ALL properties they manage, not just the ones they choose to share. DON'T buy into their BS just because you may not understand the business, they don't either, it just sounds like they do. If you have a lot of time on your hands, plenty of money to spare, and don't care much about your property then this is the company for you. And watch out for Mickey, he is not a business man, he is an emotionally unstable slime ball (and I have emails to prove it). If you would like more information, feel free to contact me as a reference. PS. I think it's safe to say that most people in my community would agree. Especially those that have been here for a long time and see that no improvement has ever really been made (definitely not aesthetically) - it's been mostly declining.
