I came in looking for a new bike and was given some advice by one of the sales staff who seemed eager to help. She helped me pick out a bike and let me go for a test ride. I asked about a kickstand and she said she will throw one in for free since they're only fifteen dollars. I paid and said I'd be back by four to pick up the bike. When I came back the lady I dealt with was busy with someone else. I spoke to someone else and they delivered my bike but without a kickstand. Apparently there was a misunderstanding, the actual offer was for free installation. Well, I know what I heard but I'm not putting up a fight over a kickstand. I'll just know to take my business elsewhere next time.
One year of free service and a great bike selection but poor customer service. I'd recommend this place if you know exactly what you want and want nothing more.
