I am a fan of zpizza and have been ordering from them for over a year. However, this location has some serious problems. First off I called in a "catering order", specially stating the purpose of the order and how many guest would be attending. I had picked up a catering menu for the location to help make my decision. I ask the takeout staff for 8 catering sized pizzas and a catering salad. I confirmed with her that this would feed 20 people. All well and good. Day of the event the food arrives. The takeout employee hands me the food. I look in the bag a personal sized salad... This is a catering order. We also received and paid for XL pizzas, the menu clearly states large for catering (photo included). The employee left before I was able to discuss the issue so I called the store and spoke with the manager who was rude and offered little sympathy. They then redelivered the catering salad. When I went to meet the take out employee they handed me my salad and 4 completely open salad dressing. He did not mention or apologize for the issue or mess. I am so disappointed in the service and food and being over charged!! I will never be ordering again.
