All I can say is WOW ! This small company is what GREAT customer service is all about. I have been in customer service myself for a long time and I usually walk away shaking my head saying to myself, " if I would have acted THAT way when i was in customer service, I would have been fired". Not these guys, this is the first place in quite some time that I can say honestly that they were great! I had an issue that was intermittent so hard to diagnose. I explained to Trey I needed a non-biased REPORT on my transmission. And whether he found something or not wrong with my transmission that they would NOT be repairing it for me so they would not be making any money that way. I explained I would gladly pay for the report and their time diagnosing any issues. Trey said no problem bring it in and although he might have to squeeze it in between other repairs, he would do a complete report and check everything. I brought it in yesterday and he spent a couple of hours checking everything. I will bring it back again today and he will continue to check it. He said he understood that diagnosing it might take some time since it is intermittent but that he will continue to do everything he could to reproduce the issue. And so far he has told me "no charge" although I offered to pay for his time. He did tell me from the beginning that at the most it might be around 95 dollars to diagnose my transmission and I will happily pay that whether he finds anything or not. They were a VERY busy shop seemingly doing fleets but yet they still found time to check my transmission and help me. To me...this is what old fashioned customer service is all about. They are professional, timely, and really seemed to care about me and my issue.
