Worst place to go when they damage your vehicle. They give every excuse in the book not to fix their mistake. Managers there are a joke. Did not provide initial incident report when requested and when I finally got it two days letter it was full of spelling mistakes and didn't have the accurate description of what occurred when they were informed immediately after. Gave every excuse in the book and couldn't even show the close up where the damage occurred with the camera. Told me to go on amazon to replace my mirror because it wasn't that expensive. As a consumer you expect a company to take responsibility when a mistake is made and rectify the issue. Not here. They said the mirror was sticking out and also that the vehicle was too much to one side when the employees direct you to move to the right or left when entering the wash to ensure the vehicle is placed properly. Instead of rectifying the issue they would rather lose out on service plans for 5 vehicles. There was no damage pre-existing but they'll use that as an excuse as well. Oh and apparently the employees have super sonic heating because they said they would have heard the mirror shatter inside the loud car wash with all the machines running. What a joke, when all that was requested was that they fix the issue they caused.
