Something has changed for sure at this location. Not sure if it's the mechanics that they're hiring but I may be looking for a new shop soon. They have this complex online system which is supposed to be easy to set up an appointment yet when you make an appointment you will not get a phone call or even an email confirmation that your appointment is actually set. Their emails even state that someone will contact you but it doesn't happen. When they first started the appointment system online I used to get a phone call now you have to call in so it's double the work. SMH After reading the negative reviews on their Facebook page I'm getting nervous.
