These guys know their stuff, but are pricks and way over charge. In all my years of owning BMWs, I don't think I've ever come across guys this rude and unwilling to help/give advice unless you're willing to regularly drop thousands on service. For the kind of money they charge, you're better off going to Cleveland BMW in Solon. To be honest, it'll probably be cheaper.
