Do not rent from CPM.
Actually - I can't speak for everyone. Definitely do rent from CPM if you are lonely, and hundreds of dead and/or alive insects are just the company you've been searching for. When you move in - they'll be waiting for you! Alternatively, if you have watched those shows on TLC and wonder what it would be like to clean up an abandoned hoarder's house - this is the landlord for you! Make sure you are the first of your roommates to arrive!
If you're an architecture student, you can get "real life" experience of what unfinished buildings with multiple fire code violations are like from the comfort of your home. Why settle for a dull powerpoint presentation during a lecture when you can worry about your own building's staircase collapsing to illustrate the importance of actually finishing a project?
Or, maybe you are a dog, and you love the smell of garbage/dead animals/other rotting things. Definitely rent a CPM apartment and you won't even have to get out of bed to have such olfactory delights! You can also pick up a fresh case of fleas while you're in that bed, flea medicine be damned!
Last, maybe you just find peculiar and mildly disturbing stains fascinating. You will be absolutely mesmerized by the sights around you in a CPM apartment - did that come from a water leak? Blood? What bodily fluid could have produced that??
