I was visiting Toronto this past weekend and discovered that my beloved Astros were making an appearance in the city at the same time as me, so I had to go. I'm not sure I understand all the poor reviews; I had a rather lovely time (even though my team lost 9-2). Our tickets were on the upper level on the third base side, and for $20 a pop, we had a great view. It looks like the prices go up even more exponentially than you'd expect as you move down, which is a good reason to keep it cheap. We didn't have to deal with parking because we walked over, and security was a breeze. The seats were as comfortable as you'd expect at a baseball stadium, and we had a sweet view of CN Tower. Beer is expensive, but the selection was great, in part because they had Sapporo (the only beer my husband likes) which made the baseball (not his thing) more enjoyable for him. The crowd was rowdy and proud of their team, which gave the place a nice energy, even if we were rooting for different outcomes. Watching a game here made for a really delightful Sunday afternoon.
