Awful customer service, I walked in with a package that was delivered to me by FEDEX yesterday to return the item back since they shipped the wrong item. I had it packaged in the same box (that they delivered to my home yesterday) with the return label that the purchasing store emailed me.
The nasty woman behind the counter looked at me and then at the box and immediately said I need to purchase a new box from her because the box is UNACCEPTABLE!! I said you delivered this box to me yesterday, so she said I won't take it unless you purchase a new box from this store, but you can bring it to another FEDEX location, which I did immediately. I cannot believe she was trying to PROFIT by demanding I buy a new box at her store, WTF??
I went to another FEDEX location very close by and the wonderful man behind the counter never even hesitated and took my FEDEX SHIPMENT.
