Food, both the salad bar and the grilled meats are great. Staff and service, however, can do better. Stuffy, fake, pretentioious, insincere, rehearsed, and forced niceness. Sean and Stephany waited on us. Sean needs to be more professional. We can hear him talk to the manage within earshot on we only ordered an inexpensive wine. Plus, when we asked that two of the grilled meats did not make the round in our table, he just paused and kept quiet, with no answer or apology. And when we were walking out, he was staring at us, head to toe, with no smile or thank you. Stephany was okay, but she was tending more of the other table than she did us. Waffle House has better type of service This place will be fine without my complaint or negative review. This is the type of place that folks with money and folks "with money" but lack social graces, culture, and refinement will enjoy and be made feel like they're kings and queens of dining, but only because of the exorbitant money they paid for it, and that the finest dining they've had is in Olive Garden. Chima is nothing more than a dressed up Applebee's.
