Kim is always great with Hercules. From the time we walk in the door she is talking and playing with him to get him comfortable for his grooming session. He loves all the attention. She does great grinding down his nails and brushing his teeth. Would recommend her to anyone that wants their let spoiled. She goes above and beyond.
