Worst store ever. I came to look at the appliances. There was only one person talking to a costumer. I push the help button on the appliances department only to have the guy that was helping someone else. He told me someone else will be here shortly but no one came. I waited over 10min with no help to answer my questions about an appliance I was interested in buying. I will take my business elsewhere. I came from Home Depot and they have more staff helping out on the appliance department. I also went to the costumer service and demanded to speak to a manager only to find out that no manager was able to help. The customer service employee gave me a card with the 2 managers of the store. I will call corporate and tell them my experience. Stay away from this lowes especially if you are looking to buy appliances.
