Not the worst but not the best. Customer service was friendly & informative, however, not enough staffing. Waited over 20 minutes for 3 ice creams & 1 tea & you could tell the workers were frazzled by a full lobby of customers & orders piling up. They do have a variety of flavors, toppings for both ice cream & teas but it still doesn't compare to rolled ice cream (personal opinion). Definitely willing to try it out a couple more times & choose different items. Tea was awesome & beautiful! Almost didn't want to drink it, 3 different colors but the ice cream had a weird, thick texture - not sure if it was the kind I picked or the House cream. I recommend trying it a couple times since they have so much stuff to choose from.
