The employees don't realize who knows who in this town. They talk about their guests as if they should be honored to be allowed to be a guest at the hotel. I would think you should be honored the guest chose to stay at your hotel. It's an odd culture over there. We have stayed at the hotel and have overheard employees who didn't know we were around the corner multiple times. If you only knew how they really feel about you. They don't seem happy to work there and you can tell. By the way, one employee nearly kicked out my family member due to what they wore without realizing this person has more money than that person has ever made in a lifetime. Of course they were apologetic, but I thought: this is how you treat a guest?
