I came for four very simple and normal home improvement items. They were out of two of the items. The third was a fire alarm. They didn't have any of the hardwired kind that hadn't been opened. I can't believe they would even attempt to sell a safety item that may have been damaged or tampered with. Shame on you.
I asked two employees for help. The first young man literally shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The second man pointed me to the entirely wrong part of the store.
Overall, it is often like pulling teeth trying to find a competent person to help at this location and the selection is often lacking.
I am leaving here and going to Home Depot and you should too.
