Terribly rude employees that make you feel uncomfortable. They try to upsell you--anything from a pricier car wash to windshield replacements. Even when you go for a cheap ($3-4), drive-thru, no frills wash they still corner you into tipping at the end to have your car hand dried whether you want it or not.
I will say, I had a more expensive wash done here once and they did do a great job with the wash so I'll give them that. Usually it's hit or miss whether the car wash works during those times when they send the free wash coupons out though.
It's the closest car wash to where I live which is why I've gone multiple times, but I won't go anymore after my husband's trunk was rifled through and bags in it were opened during the last full service wash. Incredibly unprofessional.
