Wow what a work out. It's only 50 minutes but it worked my whole body. Being on those machines really challenges you, I was constantly having to take mini breaks because my body was screaming. Our instructor Rory was fantastic, super sweet and very welcoming. She gave us a great demo on the machines because it was our first time.
I don't know how people do that regularly because it was definitely a challenging workout, not for beginners.
Would def come back for another class!
