Went to see the Dr smith for annual physical checkup July last year. Months later got a bill for lab work that he stated its part of the annual checkup and wont be charged. I'm trying to get the office to correct the code in the last 5 months.... OMG...after numerous calls to the office ...still nothing is being done. Any suggestions? My office visit for checkup is cover 100% but the lab work is not. This is all a preventive care and not diagnostic. GEEz.
