the first thing dr garber said when he came into the room was that he was very conservative and didn't like surgery. i had been to see several neurosurgeons and all agreed i needed surgery. my previous surgeon moved so i needed another; that's why i went to this office. i asked for an appointment with dr kaplan, who had the good reviews and ratings, but instead i got garber.
so garber said i needed to do some therapy to satisfy the insurance company and said someone would be in touch with that. several days later i got a call from therapy but they had the wrong body part on the referral. therapy called the doctor office who said 'oops, i guess i didn't read all the notes'. therapy lady said 'it happens'. i don't think so.
what a waste of time to see a surgeon who doesn't like surgery, wouldn't want him to work on me; and an office that pays no attention to detail.
i was going to write a review about the physical therapy company his office sent me to but guess what! they are not even listed. it was called 1st physical therapy. when i went there the wrong doctor information was on the paper; they had the wrong body part; the front office person didn't know what kind of credit card was accepted; add that to the doctor misinformation.....and i left. didn't even stay for the appointment.
