I wish I could give this place less than one star. I NEVER write reviews. Ever. This is an exception.
At first, I thought maybe the staff there were overworked and stressed out and having an off day. I get it, we all have them. However, time and time again coming in to get trade in value, the girls at the desk are short, snarky, and have rude tones. They talk to you like they have no time for you and that you're stupid. In particular one blonde lady, I do not know her name.
Once I went there with one small bag of items, got 11 bucks in store credit. Said well I get it they are used so it's better than nothing. The second time, I bring a HUGE bag of like new baby clothes, mostly carter stuff, which is not cheap, and they give me FOUR DOLLARS. I'm talking huge bag. They say they donate the rest - I think they put it on the floor and sell it for more than they give you. It's bologna. I don't trust them or believe the trade in value for one second.
Also, their customer service is awful. Every time I've gone I've been told different things. That they don't call you when your trade in has been counted; but yet one girl did tell me they did and even left me a voicemail to come in. This was also told to me with an attitude.
Most of the people are young and could care less about being present and helpful. I just don't understand how you can promote being a Christian store, playing Christian music, yet be so stingy, picky and rude.
I'm over them; this is the last time I will be back. I am POSITIVE I can find better trade in value for my items, as I keep them in great shape; and yet find things on their floor that Are missing pieces or have stains. Odd to me.
Don't go here, take your business elsewhere. I know I will. I spend good money on my kids clothes and all I'm asking for is a reasonable and fair trade in value so I can get her new stuff when she needs it.
Time to rethink things, other mothers. You're gonna start losing business.
