Can't tell you much about the people here because I never ended up being seen. I had a 4:15 appt. I came In 15 min early with my new patient paperwork filled out as requested as to not slow down the process. At 4:50pm, I finally asked the front desk ladies what was going on and got some excuse about the machine and it would be about 10 min more. 5:20pm, I'm asking again what is going on and they are ready to see me but it will be 30-45+ for X-rays, exam and finance meeting. Apparently they were short a team member. I had a dinner to go to and had to leave. Please keep in mind, the sign in the lobby says if we are 10 min late, they will reschedule our appt!! Seriously. And no one seemed to really care about me or my business. So I took it elsewhere. Shame on you Aspen Dental.
